(1) Any contractor who takes a government contract shall execute the contract by making the katakendar arrangement on his behalf subject to the conditions he made when taking the contract and for making the katakendar arrangement accordingly, the lease between the contractor and the katakendar, confession or A copy of the written contract must be filed or sent within fifteen days to the office, office or authority where the contract is settled. The Government of Nepal shall not be obliged to give the Katkendar.

(3) Even if a contractor settles the Katkendar in accordance with sub-section (1), the obligation of the contractor towards the Government of Nepal in relation to that contract shall not be terminated.
